Apparently ChatGPT can help you write code / programs?

After implementing some, and later getting a corrupt file, got me wondering how careless some of the AI-coding might be and even though I am still using some useful generated code, I'm on hold therewise until I give it more thought on backing up early and often before implementing...

Apparently ChatGPT can help you write code / programs?

Well they just need manager.AI to manage the hallucinating AI.

Apparently ChatGPT can help you write code / programs?

I meant to include, the workflow was hey bot compose Blender script, animation is in blender only running the script from CGPT with maybe a tweak or 3.

Apparently ChatGPT can help you write code / programs?

I did some experimenting, after maybe a few hours of debate with the GPT, came up with this, I think pretty cool, animation of the solar system. Funny thing is I didn't tell it to color match, but it made the sun yellow, Mars red, and the earth pale blue.

Vote which bike to DIY 3D scan, vintage motorcycle, modern Enduro, or an FS ebike

I'm hoping this doesn't come across as spammy, as 2 of the four bikes are ebikes, and building the first one I learned a ton from Endless-sphere.com back in the day maybe 2018 or so when I first discovered ebikes and with the help of the people here built one of the bikes in the video, the 2009...

Does anybody have a shunt and capacitor modified controller to sell? let me know!

I could be wrong, but I think the answer to your question as to why, is because it is apparently a known successful way of simply adding 50% power reliably to the stock controller. I actually bought a spare controller and shunts to do this, but decided that I wanted range more than power, so...

What chain do you use on your mid drive E-Bike?

I just use a standard decent quality 9 speed chain, I think shimano with kmc quick links or whoever makes them, I bought a bunch. I've never broken a chain and I'm well north of 250 and do a lot of harsh offroading with my BBSHD.

Newb questions about 1st ebike build ??

I initially tried using the front derailleur as the guide, but it didn't work well, I think the guide was not narrow enough, plus being metal it was noisy when the chain relied on it. The one I bolted on is plastic where it contacts the chain...

New Bafang BBSHD, what spare parts to order?

Stem bag to store the extra cable lengths and some tools. Spiral wrap for further cable management. Bar end mirror left side.

Your Creation's Before & After Pics

Whoops, nope you only gain 1" clearance there on the radius, not the 2" on the diameter, 1" above the axle and 1" below the axle.

Newb questions about 1st ebike build ??

I did fine with the cheap wrench. Keeping the chain on was a challenge early on, but I fitted a cheap front chain guide (similar to front derailleur) and haven't dropped a chain since. I removed the shift sensor as it would sometimes cut out at bad times due to rough vibration such as climbing...

How To, 50A BBSHD Controller Mod

Thanks for the encouragement. I did order a junk controller off of ebay to dissect and it looks fairly simple, so I ordered some long lead time shunts a while back, should arrive any day now. I suspect I may have to remove my bms, and maybe I'll add a fuse if not already one there.

    Ut Oh Cooked Another

Could have just bought a BBSHD in the first place :P

New E Fat bike build help!

Another vote for BBSHD in a good used mountain bike. Big advantage to BBSHD is that the bike transmission changes the gearing for the motor. My stock controller BBSHD gets up to 35mph fairly quickly and easily goes a half hour at full throttle with my 17.5ah bottle mount batteries. You...

Ebikeling 1200W Controller starts then dies

Maybe it can't run without a speed sensor? I was going to say does it have brake sensors, mine died once first thought was controller but it was the sensor magnet fell off.
