I was told that sabvotod cant handle that much rpm as my motor gives (up to 14000rpm) and that was the problem. Solution is new controller or motor that suits high rpm.
My bad I had protected ph current higher than the others but nothing. What settings you mean? I made little video about it. https://youtu.be/7QlP9YxNVhs
But now after trying different parameters the engine doesnt even roughly start. I try to do hall angle test again but then this happens...
I'm also struggling with controller setup. I have 150a version what is unloced to 200a. I'm using it on 70v. I placed throttle and pas to CA. Made hall ange test and test was ok. BUT after restart to battery and turning throttle on the motor start very fast and for a sec. Then controller shows...
Can anyone told me how big is to big spark?
I´m connecting total 88v battery and it seems to spark a lot. I use 4lipos in series. BTW I have same controller in unlocked mode to.
Hello!
I noticed some that disturbs me about that battery. Hope someone can help me a bit. I already bought 4 of them to my ebike project. I wanted to make a high current bike 88v to 200A but now I found out that battery wires are 10 awg and xt90 connectors that cant even handle half of that...
Thanks for good tips, seller told that motor can handle 300a but one clutch is weak (going over 6kw) so it should be replaced. I' m going to use max power a very short time so it doesn't brake an engine(I hope). Also seller posted the engine already without controller. Should arrive next week :)...
Yes, thats not a good idea but have to show that it´s all PAS. For everyday ride I still use throttle or low pas when I want to work out. If anyone has experience with high amp esc then let me know :)
I was thinking about CA v3 what gives me possibility to use rc controller (300a) because PAS goes to CA. But Stand alone shunt is only 45a cont. and 100a max. Also Rc controller is lighter and cheaper.
