I have same electronics and everything works 100%. Just use 70mm2 secondary wire and dont worry. You will get 1.4 -1.8V with 2 full turns and this is enough for good spot welds.
One more thing - always use 20ms at start and increase current when you test welds. If your nickel strip is thick you...
I have 1 question about JBD bluetooth BMS.
Is android app enough for settings like charging voltage, balance start voltage and discharge cutoff voltage? I want to charge my pack to 4.10V. I dont wanna buy UART module if i dont need it.
Thanks!
You can set cut-off voltage to lower value (4.1V for example) and save battery life. Monitoring is big deal - easy to detect problem with some group of cells - and its easy to find that cell later and replace it.
Also quality of BMS is higher.
You have smart bms. Check this thread:

You asked for reccomendation from your list - i think second is good.

Yeah they are in series in my case also. 1.5kΩ+10kΩ - 11.5kΩ total.
My controller stopped at 20.25V. I will now try use different value of smaller resistor - will try with 2kΩ and check cutoff voltage.
After that it should be easy to calculate right value.
Yeah - i managed to set cutoff...
Yeah i figured that also - those 2 resistors are responsible for voltage cutoff. Will try to test with my variable PS and after that i will use math to change resistor value. Only strange thing - it seems to me those 2 resistors are in series in my case - not parallel. Will check later with...
