Yes, the Neo Jumper is awesome off road and comfortable to ride as well...I have really enjoyed it and found like you, that once up she's moving it's easy to pedal, I have carried it across the Paluxy River 4-5 times and it is easily carried as well with one arm...the 30 speed in the lower gears...

Just for a cross reference Tom, I have the Neo Jumper and I did 22 miles of flat at average 17 mph...battery was empty, but still pulling when I arrived back at my jeep, all flat cross country gravel trails...ECO Mode...I am 185 lbs...had another 10 lbs of handle bar and rear rack w/ bag on...

The Sport Rider normal Sportrider Rack is rated for 50 lbs per bike X 2 = 100 lbs X 4 = 200 lbs...BUT the EXTRA two bikes are actually supported off the 2 Bike Sportrider rack, so it is definitely rated for more than 50 lbs per bike, so it must be the wheel racks that they are basing the rating...

If I were to buy another Neo Jumper, it would be from Long Island Electric Bikes…Chris seems to be honest, well spoken, better prices (could have got the Jumper cheaper)…and Free Shipping, I would rather have "secure" damage free shipping…lol…

Update on BH Emotion response from Joel, Lane, and John (Yeah, thats three guys all working on my case from BH Emotion). They are going to pay to have the wheels trued and disc straighten to make things right on my Neo Jumper… These are great folks that provide service after the sale…a $4000...
