Hey LTZ470,

Tell me what I'm seeing here. You've mated a Roadmaster hitch with a 4 bike carrier? It looks great but I'm not sure what parts you're welding. Also, who makes the bike carrier?

Thanks.

This minus the big 2" hitch section (Just unbolts from the 4-bike rack):

And this with excess angle brackets removed with recip saw (They are for the Storage Box/Rack/Brackets that StowAway sells):

Swingaway Frame only: I cut the excess angle brackets off with a Cordless Recip Saw:

P.S. Stowaway's Bike Rack suks...I have it as well and you can't even get the bikes on it properly, I had bought it several years ago, so I went ahead and tried it first...terribly unuser and unbike friendly...the Hollywood Racks are top notch and bikes fit great and are secure...

Cable locking system I drilled two holes and used a Marson Nut Rivet Kit to et Nut Rivets then bolt it to the underside...

That's a sweet setup!

I'm going for a Hollywood rack too! They have a hitch rack that is made just for e-bikes (a beefed up version of their 2 bike holder), but it's not easy to find.

Any idea how much they cost?

The Sport Rider normal Sportrider Rack is rated for 50 lbs per bike X 2 = 100 lbs X 4 = 200 lbs...BUT the EXTRA two bikes are actually supported off the 2 Bike Sportrider rack, so it is definitely rated for more than 50 lbs per bike, so it must be the wheel racks that they are basing the rating off of...

The Electric Rack is rated for 80 lbs Bike 80 lbs x 2 = 160 lbs..
