I don't need 30 kw, I really need sustained hi power output without burning motor. But in some situations extra peak power on tap would be great.

Cool that you are getting this street legal. That should be a very strong frame. I liked the look of the bike. Like a fighter style. Cool cool. Why did you go for the hub motor over a mid drive? AFAIK in Germany you do pretty much anything to the frame as long as you get the build validated...

You will find a way to fit it all together, you already did welds on the frame. If things don't fit, cut off something and hammer it back into a fitting shape and re weld it back in. 10-15kg lighter? Don't worry too much. If you ain't doing crazy enduro or trial type riding you will get used to...

Tbh. I did look back into this thread today to see if there was any updates since early winter. Not much to see here....I guess the peak power to weight ratio is what got me excited at first and the fact that it bolts onto a sur ron. But as things stands, with questions unanswered I will keep...

Hope you get the plates so it will be legal. Cutting and welding frame is a no go in Norway. Only way to ever get a modified frame street legal is to have Tüv approval from Germany. Costly, and time consuming.

Smart. Clever way to get safer rides. Enjoy whatever sunny days are left before winter hits. I just noticed autumn is just around the corner this week. Tuesday I think, I went to visit a friend around 7.30 pm. It was almost dark already. Any day soon it dark at 3 pm until 9 am. Fcuk I hate winter.
