Naah! It hardly gets warm driving 40-45km/h! I have set it to max 60A fase and 20A batt current now, but still getting to 45km/h with not too much headwind. I almost never use more then 10Ah from the ping, so i really don't know if it is still 15Ah... :)

He ErikJan, I have 6 magnets. I enable the throttle when i see 2 pas pulses within 2 seconds. This resulted in a delay of about half a second i guess. However, later i also programmed a boost & 6kmh function for when starting from a stand-still / not pedaling. Result is i have no delay at all...

It forwards the input of the throttle signal when it sees pas pulses. So it does not mather how fast i pedal, the motorspeed is set with the throttle. This way i use pas as a sort of throttle enabler.

I also found out the PAS on the infineon controllers do not work as desired. I've also tried a speedict, that worked better, but not ideal. In the end I made a pas controller with an arduino. Simple explanation: My throttle goes first through the arduino. Only when the arduino sees PAS pulses...

Nice! I use a Arduino myself for PAS and speedlimit and was thinking about adding a current sensor. I wil look into this!
