was there any luck with the KT-LCD8H ?was it given up on in favour for the 850C, or because the lack of memory? thanks

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

So.. since I stupidly modded my shunt, is there anyway to change the resistance value of it in the firmware? Or would the best thing for me to do would be to pick the hotglue off it and soldersuck off what I’ve done? Thanks

Yea it won't work without the groundpin connected, I overlooked that at first as well, when I flashed mine

I noticed the shunt on the controller is a thin piece of metal, if i picked the silicon off the top and stuck a small bit of solder onto it would this be any way beneficial? I'm sure this has been done, I couldn't find anything searching so thought I'd ask here

I’m confused about these updated versions, is V0.50 the motor firmware and its newer than .20? Also, unsure what I do with the boot loader file for the 850c. Last time I flashed one I just used an rs232 adapter and I don’t remember doing anything with this boot loader file Thanks

Not yet no..and I don't have that wire setup for throttle or temperature. Walk assist should at least work anyways right ? Starting to think the controllers fried

but the motor does not run, so I wouldnt see that data? also the motor doesnt turn even when setting up the automatic cadence, is this indicative of a problem? thanks

thank you. Yes in section 11 all variables show feedback. Advanced cadence calibration doesnt turn the wheel or anything either. I will play with it more with what you had suggested. thanks

I’ve got no power to the motor regardless what I do..even after resetting to defaults I can’t get above 0W output. Does this sound like a bad controller? I did accidentally short some pins though blowing up the plug I’m hoping there are other potential things I can try before getting a...

Turns out I had forgot to zap strap the crank..no wonder :? I’ll do it when I get home and hopefully I’ll be able to achieve faster speeds. Thanks

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Yea with no load Just now I noticed it hits 32km/hr as if it gets to a speed limit wndvstops or something. I don't get that really high pitch sound that I would expect opening the throttle. Street mode is disabled, but I'll try this experimental mode. Thanks (Thinking about reflashing with v19...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

So I’ve gotten the new firmware running on my bike and I’ve figured out the interface on the lcd3 pretty well I think. But it seems the output as far as speed goes is either lacklustre or my expectations were too high (I was hoping for similar performance as my hubmotor bikes but not even close...
