My friends bike is functional but with my motor hub show no comm

No comm comes up I put the rear wheel on my friends stromer that is fully functional and the same message comes up...

Makes sense when the time come i'll build a faster bike..

Wanna replace my display do we have to get the Stromer one or are there other compatible ones we can use as well...

They are gonna take the bike in about 1.5 months..

It comes up now every time i changed the battery in the display as well.. pulled out battery put it back in ..

Called the store they are booking me on a appoitment in about a month

The charging port fell in on the bike would it be covered under warranty..

I'm not sure of that the nut is called but it is a circle that fits in with threads on the side..

I lost the nuts for the calipers.. Does anyone know where I can get these?
