The charging port fell in on the bike would it be covered under warranty..

That's up to Stromer--you'd have to ask them, if it isn't clearly stated in the warranty terms.

If it's related to the keylock problem you had before, it might not be, as most companies don't cover anything under warranty related to user-modifications/repairs.
