    Battery Charger for 36v

It seems to be a standard battery pack with built in battery management system and round ~5mm plug. In that case this should fit. Send them an email to verify. http://dillengerelectricbikes.co.uk/spares/electric-bike-kit-spares/chargers/36v-lithium-ion-battery-charger-by-dillenger.html Best...

Nipple size for Sun ringle MTX33

Hi! I am lacing a hub motor wheel for the first time and I am not sure about the nipple size for the wheel. The motor is a direct drive hub motor and the rim Sun ringle MTX33. I will order butted 13/14g spokes. When I checked for nipples (14g) they are specified for 3.5mm rim spoke, but the rim...

10s 41v charger, where to find?

It should also be possible to connect one or several high current diodes in series to lower the voltage by 0.7V/diode. There vill be some loss of charging power, but it is not that much (0.7W/ampere). Then you have the possibility to charge to 42V by disconnecting the diodes. Andreas

    BBSHD controller on BBS01

Hi! Does anyone know if a BBSHD controller will fit on a BBS01B motor and if it is possible to run a BBSHD controller on 36V. (I would get a good deal on a BBSHD controller) Andreas

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

Hello, I am planning to build a custom controller for my BBS01 based on a Raspberry PI. Does anyone know if there is a way of reading the rpm of the motor or/and the cadence via the serial interface (Bafang protocol v.4.0)?

    Programming the Bafang Middrive BBS01+BBS02

Hi! Just managed to connect to my Bafang BBS01 with a Arduino UNO microcontroller acting as a usb to serial converter. I had a hard time finding a programming cable in Europe and had an extra Arduino at home so I tried this out. I communicated with 5 volt TTL levels. This is how I did: 1...

    Cruiser

Hi, The battery box is made of sheet metal since I wanted it to be somewhat fireproof when charging the pack inside our house. I gas-welded the box with "edge welds in flanged corners" so you´ll need a sheet metal bender. I got 6pcs 5s 3000mAh batteries and power- and balancing cables to fit in...

    Cruiser

Here is a cruiser that I built last winter. The build went well except that the last coat of clear coat caused some chemical reaction and destroyed all 6 coats of primer, paint and clear coat… so I had to bring it to a professional painter…
