    Em3v Tiger shark battery intermittent output.

    Its a discountined one with the high capacity cells giving 14.5ah from the smaller case and one less P of batteries than usual. I took it apart and waggled all the lines, it started working..I guessing it was the fuse connections..as you can see in this vid. Anyone had this happen or is this...

    Chain line for bbshd on Felt dd7 fatbike

    I made a quick vid showing the chain line issue when not using a dished chainring. The chain stays on perfectly but, if you push the bike backwards it will drop down the rear sprocket, resulting in horrendous takeoff grinding and banging. https://youtu.be/kZynL4z2_ws

    Geared Bafang hub slipping internally

    Fatbike hub..problem is bit like a slipping clutch, will move on flat ground , just spins on a hill. Replaced gears and freewheel..clutch thingy. There was no damage to old ones, still doing it. Possibly the Sun gear? I can stop the wheel with my hand, motor keeps going. Any ideas?

    Problems with a 36V backup battery

    Bafang hub motor coil magnet clearance problems.

    My fatbike hub has started making a terrible chuffing buzzing noise under load..I notice the gaps are different from one side to the other. https://i.imgur.com/9967Lpwr.jpg Is this within tolerance? It spins freely but under load the noise is seriously loud.

    Hub motor lockup on sensorless

    Ive lost all 3 halls, but the motor still runs OK, so presume controller is sensorless. To clarify, they're not even wired up now.     Having trouble tracking down replacement, hubs getting noisy at low speed, gears look fine, could be clutch, hall sensors or controller? Anyway its a much larger than usual set up..gears are 15x50mm Anyone got any links? Thankyou.

    Thumb throttle not activating controller

    Got a 25 amp generic Chinese controller..trying to add a cheap thumb controller, no drive. When I connect the red and black the voltage drops to 2.5v and nothing comes out on the green. If I short the green from the controller to the red 5v+..it runs ..flat out obviously. The volt drop worries...
