    printed one in Winbo Petg and it doesn't make a noise. my belts are htd5m-15mm wide belts. from alibaba and made of fiber reinforce rubber. maybe different setup to yours. Cheers Alex

    I only use the nano with the nunchuck. Both the version using the ftdi chip and the Chinese knock offs work fine for me.

    If someone can send me the dimensions of a trampa truck with the square hangers I can knock up a design and mill it out of aluminium and send it off. I don't have a mountainboard at this stage and the funding is too low to go buying one. :)

    If you use the outer spacer from the voodoojar's design it will work with my design. mine is just a pulley for the drive side. the kegel wheel holes remain the same. voodoojar's deign is more refined than mine. my 3d modeling experience is fairly limited in that regard. i make functional items...

    Finally knocked up a prototype without the duct tape. Its for the housemate to destroy while I make something better. 213kv motor. 2x 3s 5000mah lipos in series. Using the favorite 12s ESC and a 2.4ghz nunchuck. Goes alright but it's a little twitchy being such a short deck. Really agile though.

    Unfortunately all the gear looks far too chunky to fit under a low clearance deck like the type I prefer to use. I'm sure its nice gear. But I'm happy with the brushless rc gear, And I prefer having to push off to get going. Reminds me I'm still on a skateboard.

    May i ask what mods you did to the skike wheels to make them fit the axles? i know my axles aren't long enough. i've got a set here waiting to go on and i can't decide on modding the wheels or the trucks. Cheers

    new build help- more cells or different gearing

    That setup should be tearing along. I would suggest an ESC issue or possible throttle calibration between controller and ESC? Also check your pulley isn't spinning on the motor shaft.
