    Does anyone know then bearing nomenclature for they 3540 crysolite motor ? I am trying to find a bearing replacement that will not leak oil through the bearing .

    Chinese batteries

    Pedigo's battery recall. Pedigo is recalling 5000 battery packs , after some of the batteries in the pack shorted causing fire events . Unamed Chinese manufacturer. They will source batteries from Sanyo in the future. Good old Chinese batteries again.

    BMS balancing voltage

    Is it a good idea to set the balancing voltage of the BMS at 4.1 volts ? Will this allow the max charge to be 4.1 volts , thereby charging the cells to 90% and extending battery life.New Panasonic 18650pf cells 18s12p 66.6 volts.     BMS voltage settings

    I am ordering a new Bestech BMS for 18s 12p 18650 pack. Should I have the balance voltage set at 4.18v to increase battery life ? How about max voltage settings . They seem able to adjust the various voltages to order. What are the ideal settings for long battery life and decent range ?

    3540 motor heating

    My 3540 hs will get a reading on the CA of up to 130c after several hard accelerations 100 amp momentary peak. The motor only feels warm to the touch, the axle is cool to the touch. The wheel and motor are from Grin tech and fitted with 10k sensor. Is it really hot or not ?

    Headway 38140 cells from BMS battery

    I have purchased two batteries form BMS Battery . One good, 48v 10ah LiFePO4 38120 Headway cells , the other terrible, 60v 24ah LiFePO4 38140 cells . The 60v battery has 12 cells, out of 40, that have FAILED after only 30 cycles. Leaked or went to 2volts ect. BMS will not respond to inquires...
