    Great to hear you improved your experience. Do you get delay free response in CA-controlled throttle-modes? As I said. The delay I'm talking about is independent from PAS. And seems to not be present in Thr%-PAS-mode. Thanks.

    The Delay for PAS is the same as for the CA-controlled throttle modes... Pass throug/Bypass and (it seems) Thr% are free from delay. There is no variable regen. Only the two configurable levels (Slide/Ebrake)

    Thinking about it, the 2 level thing propably sounded much better than it is. Should propably just hook the rear brake to brake light+controller and find a reasonable Ebrake value.

    Also, the delay in response to PAS is pretty bad in all modes. Except "thr%"-controlled it seems? Did not manage to find smooth settings for that one yet... maybe after i adjust the curve in sabvoton...

    Has anyone tried this? If i configure the voltage range of the throttle-out of the CA such that it always gives a tiny input - pulling the lever should still force it to 0V and activate "Slide recharge"?

    Hi. I just ordered a CA3 for my 72080 but 3 of the six wires for the connector are not connected. I think i saw a setailed description somewhere here but can't find it. Can anybody please help me find out where to solder the wires?

    I just bit the bullet on the CA3-DP and a 24P-PAS sensor. As i understand it i can just setup the default to PAS only mode and i just need to turn the bike off/on to start up in that mode. What i didn't find out is how many amps its 12v line can provide. And if i need to waterproof the thing...

    And if i'd get the CA3... There'd be the problem of not being able to just pull a jumper to lock the bike into street legal pedelec-mode? Can't really say "wait i'll have to quickly change some settings" if you're stopped.

    I was thinking about that. But the weight distribution is pretty much perfect with the batteries where they are. Maybe i'll find some slim army bags to cover it up... To carry stuff i already bought the trailer from topeak which goes quite well with the bike. But that will interfere with bags...

    I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. I have very rudimentary knowledge of electronics and none of programming I will try Darius's Method for now. He says "I can adjust in phone app 250w." - everything accessible by bluetooth is also accessible through the PC-software... so that should be doable...

    If i do it like Dariusz; can you tell me how i'd limit the power accordingly, and i suspect i'll need a voltage PAS sensor in addition to the PIR module? or is this a standard hall based one?

    "speed limit mode" has three options "extern resistance" "intern set" "no limit" i'm hoping one of these modes set to a low percentage in conjunction with an apropriate constant throttle signal might result in something decent?     ok. thanks. but i don't even expect anything from it. i'd even prefer a simple on/off... but it has to be seen as a throttle/constant voltage. there has to be some simple solution? any ideas? Edit: wouldnt that even be possible with something that can do "crank turning - switch closes"...

    Is something like this needed for the "voltage PAS sensors" that people use for Cycle Analyst if you want to use them directly on the Sabvoton? Since some suggest they practically replace a throttle... I want a very clean build wihout any visible displays or switches. but i need the PAS option...
