    Any other vendors doing custom 13s2p packs? This is for a custom application (non-eike). A 13s3p pack has a bunch of extra weight and isn't needed, and a 14s pack has too high voltage for the electronics. So it really has to be a 13s pack.

    Power causes wear, torque is what snaps the chain. A good bike chain should withstand a ~250 lbs rider STANDING on one pedal with their weight, I'm not sure how much torque that is, but it's a lot. Shifting under load will brake chains though, due to the combination of torque and side-loading.

    It's better for aerodynamics. It's been done before, there's old TT bikes with 650b front, 700c rear wheels. Look at that bike, its meant for speed, it's not meant for bad surfaces. Even the name is dig against UCI rules which only matter for road racing.

    The most battery capacity ebike you know of?

    Zero electric motorcycles have 9 kWh as the small battery pack, up to 14 kWh with the larger pack. Given the massive weight of the bike, it seems more fair to compare it to a motorcycle, since pedalling it isn't going to make a meaningful difference.

    What size rotors? Plenty of bikes come with 160mm F/R, which is really underwhelming for aggressive riding. Especially for a larger rider on an ebike (heavy) I suspect 160mm rotors in front are going to be under-whelming. Consider going to 180mm front.
