    How do you convert a pedal assist ebike to throttle ?

    Buy a pedal assist mid drive with fault codes, rip out the controller and wire up the phase wires to a 1000w sensorless controller, most will run fine. If you have problems you could go all techy and glue your own halls to it.

    Its all the interconnecting wires that are soldered to the tabs, crossing over each other. I tried to break it apart because a wire pulled out and the voltage dropped, no idea what the problem was.

    I diagnosed it by stopping the hub under power out of its casing, bit crazy, but survived it. Is there a reliable fix. Its a 350w version I ran at 2500w, everything survived except the glue? https://youtu.be/bdXpTmna600

    Its a discountined one with the high capacity cells giving 14.5ah from the smaller case and one less P of batteries than usual. I took it apart and waggled all the lines, it started working..I guessing it was the fuse connections..as you can see in this vid. Anyone had this happen or is this...

    Chain line for bbshd on Felt dd7 fatbike

    The chain popped off the fatbike and got so jammed between the chainring and the motor that I had to undo the screws to give me space to get it out. Is this a common occurance? You can see the issue half way through this short vid. https://youtu.be/aVOmlBNz5v4

    I made a quick vid showing the chain line issue when not using a dished chainring. The chain stays on perfectly but, if you push the bike backwards it will drop down the rear sprocket, resulting in horrendous takeoff grinding and banging. https://youtu.be/kZynL4z2_ws
