KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

I converted a bird zero electric scooter for personal use with this firmware. It runs great, almost as good as the original controller. Has more than enough torque and runs silent and smooth from standstill to full throtle. It was trial and error , and I have made mistakes. First controller I...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I dont have a motor myself yet, but calibrating the torque sensor might help. Not sure if this is possible with stock firmware. https://github.com/OpenSource-EBike-firmware/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki/How-to-calibrate-the-torque-sensor

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

In theory you could run max 18a for a moment, so higher to voltage with the same amperes drawn, the higher the ouput watt of the motor without burning out your controller. That is not the same as torque, but it is related in this case. 18*48=864 watt 18*36=648 watt

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

48V in my opinion better because you will draw less amps out of the battery and would provide more torque. 500w / 48v = 10,41 ampere 500w / 36v = 13,8 ampere Less ampere from the battery means lower wear on the cells and less losses in the wiring and motor. And I like to have as much watt...

TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hey guys, First post here and let me first thank you all the hard effort! I'm bought a cube MTB with a standard 73mm BB. I was planning on buying a bafang but after reading the last 30 pages I guess it would be more wise for my preferences to buy a TSDZ2 drive. Hope to give some useable...
