    I did specify slowing down to 9 or 10 miles per hour on the hills, just doing the 22 mph on the flat pavement parts of the ride. I was figuring on looking for an older chromoly mountain bike with front suspension. They are very easy to find for about $100. And I do appreciate all responses...
