    It is the BMS that limits the charging current. What is the setting in your BMS? I had the same thing when my battery was to cold. The BMS cut regeneration and the controller stops working until you stop the motor completly.

    Probably your motor does not demand more current or you have set the ratios is speed to low to get more current into the motor.

    I do not know the new ANT BMS versions, but the first thing i would try is to raise the discharge ocp time to 60 seconds then it takes much longer to Trip the bms. Have you checked what is the real reason for the bms to cut the power? Does it have an error log?

    You can't solve this. If your controller can work wirh the new BLE module then buy a new one. This seems at the moment the only fix.

    Where you able to do an Auto-learn. During this the controller learns the throttle settings. If your throttle has lower or higher settings the controller will show a throttle error and will not spin the motor.

    Pictures of the 30/90A version I killed one , when I changed my charge plug from 2 poles to 4 poles. Made a perfect short circuit, the contacts in the plug got vaporized. The 6000A short circuit current was too much for the mosfets. The installed A123 Lifepo Pouch battery has 2V sag at 500A.

    If you are shure that you used the right code then a USB-CAN converter will not change anything. Probably your psu has a different firmware or is defectiv as you already wrote.
