If so that would be a hard nut to crack. I'm willing to give it a go though. If successful it would be a really big plus for the forum. We could do it in stages by transferring over our answers to the knowledge base. However it would need some sort of oversight to weed out...
The way I read it was that he took it apart in order to save the shop time. Could be wrong though... And not sure the OP is even still around. This was his first post.
I would be wary of changing most anything here. This joint is still working pretty damn good. Give AW a chance to rest up. I think he'll be back when he feels like it.
I hope he is reading all the nice things we are saying about him.
I've noticed the same. I just do the approximate conversion in my head or toss the meter and grab another. I always have a few around including a accurate one.
Please be careful with using supplements. neptronix has been doing research on what works for him for years. I'd be leary of some of the stuff out there without a careful study...
I'd hate to see our forum get into trouble.
Try to think back on everything that was removed or replaced since the bike worked. I'd check the wires that go to the motor first.

Don't get mad at me, but years ago after my Fluke took a shit I switched to the cheapest meters I could find as nothing I work on is critical. I got a few from Harbor Freight that they were giving away and they worked just fine until they broke. I now use whatever I can find for cheap and...
