Let's say Cx=0.1 if the bike is 1.5m high and 0.5m whide, we get (30N)->750W Aerodyanmic drag.
After that it gets realy complicated

To my opinion for this type of project aerodynamic at that speed is not that importent.
90% of the power will be used in accelerations.

Geometry and mecanic is more importent to me to have a bike that is reliable (easy to handle) and light weight.
