13s battery for electric trials bike

Charger: 15A 54.6V

Needs to fit in a space approx:
Width 10 1/4”
Height 7”
Depth 4 1/8”

The original battery was 13s0p LiPo pouches 24.5Ah

I ordered a cheap 300A recording ammeter off amazon and recorded 30minutes doing hard pulls up hill before I burnt something up inside leaving me with an open cct. All peaks measured were right at 191A for short 3 second bursts

Samsung 25R 2500mAh @ 14S9P = 126 cells @ $9.95 CDN = $1253.70

I would need to buy a spot welder with this method

The best option I have found is the SPIM08HP 3.7V 16AH from Battery hookup

13s2p gets 32Ah and its only $274 CDN + shipping and It fits

I ride this bike around my acreage and neighbour hood only and its lots of quick hard pulls uphill rock climbing and light trail riding. Any advice is much appreciated

10s in Dimensions of cell module: 6 5/8" x 5 5/8" by 3/4" for 16ah means 6-5/8x5-5/8x-------7.5"

for 10s1p at 36v 16ah for $85 plus s/h is not bad at all. Might as well buy 20 for two 10s in parallel for 32ah or individually for two 16ah packs, your choice.

Only consideration is how do you intend to connect them in series for one 10s1p 36v 16ah pack?
I guess you could just flip every second one and have a straight across bus bar to series each one up.
Two put two in parallel for 36v 32ah comes the question of paralleling just the ends or each row.

FedEx Ground is all I see for options, if you are in Canada that will be an extra $40-60 surprise charge a month after receiving package and a $90 s/h fee as declared, not bad at all for 20 pcs. I could go for an extra 1152wh for $260, if I didnt already have 20pcs of 25R to deal with on top of having 1500wh per charge of daily mileage that cost $1k-1.2k
Even just one 6-5/8x5-5/8x-------7.5" is doable in the triangle, think 7.5" width between the legs, doable. Probably only one 36v 16ah would fit inside typical triangle.

You can take them out of the plastic holders and they are :

Dimensions of cell with tabs 9x138X210mm

13s x 9mm = 117mm (just under 4 5/8”) width and it fits

My measurements were of the old pack itself so there is wiggle room in the case if I have to shave down the thick foam a little

As for joining them,brass eyelits can be pressed into holes in the tabs like this:

Have any of you worked with these cells before ?

Is there another option i have yet to find for my needs ?
