I don't know yet, but i plan to find out .. i think the pack is only inside the downtube portion, but can't confirm it yet.
The cells are Sanyo aparently, manual says they are Lithium Manganese, BMS protected. Will be poking in there tonight more than likely !

I love it ! Do you know what hub motor it is ? Is it A2B designed? I have been drawn to this machine since the first also. I love the slightly crankforward , clean design. Loving the hidden wires. great writeup YPedal. Like you said , a resevoir shock and pedals and 48 V. What speed is it stock? I wish I weren't broke
2700 for a demo model.AussieJester said:Great to hear it rides well...seems like a complete package for those that have the
money up front to lay down the $US2700 asking price, which by todays standards
for what it is seems very fair price IMO. Your getting a frame that isn't going to fail
in a hurry like (as you elude to) the cheap Chinese offerings, If the power
isn't enough you still have a impressive frame to base a high power build on (OH..are the frames only available i wonder?)
alot safer than what alot here are doing with the wallmart bikes a pile of cells
duct taped to them powered by 9c or X5 frock motors! look like accidents waiting to happen
some of them haha..
Nice review YPedal MaN look forward to some video and some side by
side comparisons with your other bikes too...
