Hi Guys- I know its been a while since my last post..but i have been busy building this baby and looking after my new baby boy..lol... not to mention the launch of my new website soon..
So this board is based on a Beercan Oats Soda 35" DTP deck and Paris Trucks with my own Urban 5 pneumatic wheels..
Let me first say that the Beercan board is just made for the E-board community the Trux rail system underneath is perfect for fitting the esc and battery to and the deck's come in many different sizes and shapes and colors and they all have the same rail system..

The other completely coincidental thing is that their smooth 76mm wheels are an exact copy of a Kegal and so fit my drive hubs

I'm just waiting on them to send me a set of there 83mm wheels and they look to be a clone of the Abec 11...

The Paris trucks that come standard -I also have a Bracket in development and i'm testing the prototype now..the beauty of this truck is the round hanger section which allows perfect motor placement near the deck as possible,..
I hope to have the Paris truck mounts by early next week..

I have made some simple t- nut that fit in the rail of the deck and i mount the battery and ESC enclosure to them ..so its not only very secure but can be easily swapped..as i have fitted xt90 plugs to each part.. so you can easily carry a spare pack in the bag.

So just remove the endcap and slide the t-nuts into the rail

So i've fitted a 7S 6300mah battery for the moment but I intend to go to a 8000mah and maybe 8S or even 10S- these are long and thin packs that i made from a flat wide pack- and Bruno has some sample sizes on order..

The video shows it running a 63mm 130kv motor but it cogs at low speed due to the low 7S voltage as the motor really needs 10S .,..so i have since fitted a 50mm 2.2kw motor and set the ESC to med acceleration..and WOW its like a rocket and super smooth....video to follow

I must admit i had my reservations about an alloy deck..but it fits the feet so nicely and is wide and really stable and predictable... there is some flex and more so on the blue 40"..but i like a stiff deck..so i was super happy with the ride..no rattling or banging...just solid feeling and light weight..
As an easy to fit yet totally customizable turnkey solution..its nearly perfect..I hope to have a 'Beercan ' KIT can available soon..

That deck is sweet!...comes in different colors too. :D

If I may though, I'd wish it has an option for drop-through so you can lower it when using the Skike wheels. It kinda looks high and gangly.
Then I'd put the motor/motors in the back of the rear truck and make it look like an F1 car.

Yes loads of colours, lengths and shapes..it comes in a drop through option..i just bought the top mount because i wasn't sure of motor clearance..as i was going to fit my caliber trucks..then it came with the paris trucks and the mount offers much more adjustment ..infinite in fact..
They could easily swing round to be rear facing ( ill try and take a photo)..and im sure the drop through would fit..
but i do like the tall stature for this board anyway as you can ride pretty any terrain without worrying about battery damage..
The next beercan build is a blue 40" kegar on skate wheels..that will be nice and low..:),I might also do a pocket micro brewster for the stash board..lol...
Its funny you mentioned an F1 car ..'my dad said it looked like one also..:)

very cool man, i like that tnut option to mount under the board. thanks for sharing and for all those pics, you obviously put a lot of thought into the setup. neat!
