Anybody with Torqeedo 402, 403 or NK180 clone?

Need side-mounted e-motor on a kayak with remote throttle. Have been procrastinating a lot, now is the time.
Torqeedo Ultralight 403 AC and its clone Newport NK180 are made for either flat stern rudderless fishing kayaks or you make DIY mount across the stern deck fore of the rudder, make it longer on one side and put OEM Torqeedo side mount there.
My problem: it's a decked kayak/canoe. It's a "sit-in", not a sit-on-top or flat stern fishing kayak. (Stock images below).
There is a rudder and a peaked stern deck, this rules out a flat bracket of Torqeedo 403 AC. Can't put a DIY lateral side mount - centerline deck ridge and 2" high coaming force the lateral mount 14" above the waterline, the prop will be only half/submerged.
Outboard e-motors won't work well either.
Trolling motors have long shafts but again they require DIY side mount, mostly don't have a remote throttle and can't be lifted/lowered if you are not seated next to it.

Question 1: if any of you have Torqeedo Ultralight 402, 403, 403 AC, or the clone - Newport 180NK - what is max shaft length from the mounting plate to the prop center, or from the ball (on the original Torqeedo 402/403) to the prop center?

Question 2: hoping to buy cheap clone NK180 and put it on Torqeedo 402/403 ball mount with swing arm, bringing it lower to the water. What is NK180 shaft diameter - 30 mm like Torqeedo Ultralight? NK180 specs say 1.15" - hey, they use metric system in China, is this 1.15" really a 30 mm roughly rounded to 1.15" ? (30 mm is in fact 1.18")
