I want to build a full suspension mtb (ALU frame) with bafang ultra motor. I was thinking of buying a FRAY bike, but the shipping rates to my country are turning me off (over 1100 USD). I found on alibaba kit frame with motor for price of 1000 USD and shipping 240, and have a donor bike and battery, but have questions regarding the trader, ie. reliability. Tried searching the site and web but nothing turned up regarding the trader or the frame (ouka).

what is questionable to me is the vendor is on alibaba 1 year, has limited and suspicious reviews, the company name is "Hangzhou Youkai Technology Co., Ltd." but it has banners from "Hangzhou ouka electric vehicles" "https://www.ouka-ebike.com/". which is an established bike manufacturer, but does not offer this combo (tried contacting Ouka but have not received reply yet).
So if anybody knows whats the deal (has experience with them, product) I would greatly appreciate it. Same goes for if you can point me to reputable dealer which can offer similar terms and share info regarding Ouka frames for ultra.
