Bms battery failure

My battery give me on B+ and B- 37v , after bms give me 33v , i don’t know what i can check to resolve the problem

Is it causing issues? It’s possible that the BMS regulates the voltage to the minimum voltage of the battery pack to keep consistent power output. If it’s causing issues I’d check the resistance of some traces if you’re able to, but you might need a new BMS. Someone else on the forum might know more about components failure in BMSs and be able to point to a specific cause

Can you bypass the BMS and go straight to the negative and positive on the battery and tell us the voltage ?

One or more cells in the battery might be weaker than the others, causing the overall voltage to drop. The BMS might be trying to protect the battery by limiting the output voltage.
