Brake/shifter cable fixtures on frame?

Does anyone know the name of the parts that secure the ends of the cable sheath to the frame? I need to buy some steel ones that can be welded on...

I usually cut them off old frames to weld them onto new ones...though ti's way eaiser to braze them on rather than weld, in most cases, if you have teh option for it.
