The purpose of this build is simply functionality. The ebike was built as a daily tool to get to work (17 km) through city and open landscapes.
Specification:
BPM 2 48v 500 watt (16(11)) from BMSbattery.com
KU93 controller (approx. 22 ampere) equals 61*22=1300 Watt. (I only use 10 A wires despite)
61 volt battery (18 x 3.2 LiFePO4 cells) 10 AH – no BMS. The celIs were bought from Aliexpress. I found out that the best way to assemble the cells was by using bolt and nuts. The Cells have worked without loss of capacity for 4 years !!
Charger: 3 x laptop chargers (3 x 20.3 v). It takes approx. 3 hours to charge to 85% as it levels off. Super simple setup.

Result:
43 kph in avergae on flat terrain.
25 km range (I have an extra charger at work = 3 x 20.3 volt laptop blocks)
500 euro for the kit + battery + 300 euro for the bike.

Looks like a good build. Did you say you joined the battery cells with nuts and bolts? If so, I would like to see a pic showing that. I thought battery pack builders were using a tack welders to assemble cells.

Here are some pics of how I assembled the battery cells.
