Capacity BMS

Anyone have any updated info on "Capacity" type BMS's. Mine is very slow to balance and does not cut off drain current on low cell voltage. thanks...

Firstly, you're being led astray by the lost in translation Chinglish. 'Capacitor shuffling/shunting' is what they mean/should spell. Plenty of info about this on ES from a few years ago.

You're probably right but it can also refer to BMS' that can balance based on cell capacity, like Texas Instrument's bq78PL114/116/102 chipset.
