Hey, me and my brother Mathias wanna say hello to you guys:)

here are some pics of our latest build. We machined all the parts ourself (i milled and my brother turned)

Motors are 2turnigy 6374 130KV and alienpower 80100 130KV.
Total weight is about 7kg/6.5kg for the mechanic and 9kg for the 48V battery(12s12p_Samsung 29E) in our backpack.
the noiceless freewheel is inside the mechanic.

sadly the vesc`s arent stable enough (voltage spikes through the long battery wires (maybe we need more caps))
we were able to pull out 5,5kw so far (48V /150 phase amps/100 battery)

currently we decided to go with nucular 12f controller and a bigblock motor (lmx60) in future with custom housing for aprox. 3times the surface for better cooling and maybe a welded frame.

Alex

How is the squat under power with that high chainline?

Those are a seriously cool set of builds!! I'd like to see how you handled the rear hub and also integrated the LMX motor.

SlowCo: thx :)

Grantmac: squat wasnt that bad, but my brother had problems with his clothes getting in the chain XD

Yes that would be a bit too exciting!

Any chance of a hub picture? These are amazing builds.

only can do a pic of the new bike, but its quite similar to the old one.
Its just a adapter. The only thing you have to be carefull, is that the chain runs straight from chainwheel to chahinwheel.

It fits around the spline created by the brake mounting fixture correct? I've had something similar in mind and another design using a centerlock hub to get it bolted behind that area.

I was going to use a center lock to 6 bolt adapter the mount off the back side. Not sure it will be strong enough though.
Your adapter is beautiful, makes my manual machining look very rough.
