I'm for banning ICE in down towns or city centers. I'm for leaving the laws as is. If you want something new then ask for a special permit for ride your motorcycle powered bike on the sidewalks.
I'm just south of Chalo and the class 1,2 and 3 works for me. Throttle only 20mph and PAS is 28mph. 750w is good. All the nubbies should stick to these rules. Well you know me being an ES member i'm allowed to have more power but you could not tell it by just looking.
