Yes, you can still buy all the parts except for the switch/breaker which I recommend between 80A-100A for a Single Hub. You can also replace the FVT ESC with the VESC and it will be a much smoother ride. Check these threads:

Evan, I recently made a build with the Carvon Single Hub V2 with slightly different parts. I use it mainly for daily commuting and wanted something stealthy and lightweight.
