Supposedly anyway. Just saying, losing control of an aircraft and blaming it on a drone could be a future catchall excuse for screwing up. For decades it's been "a gust of wind came up", times change. I'm not saying that's what happened here, but it did occur to me. If there is no concrete evidence of any drone, it's just the pilot's word (to the insurance company first, and the FAA second,) that the incident wasn't just pilot error
