Going for BBSHD, but what size (mm)?

Hi,

I have an Cube Reaction PRO 2011 I want to convert to an e-bike.
Now I want to order the BBSHD but I`m not shure witch one to choose (size/mm)...
My bottom bracket is a Press Fit from Shimano and it`s not recomended to use the BBSHD with it, but I found this website with an adaptor:

The text on my bottom bracket says: press fit SM-BB91-41.
Does that mean the BB is 91mm in length?
What size should I order my BBSHD in? 100mm or 120mm?

Any other tips/advise?

The article you have the link to says to use a 100mm BBSHD with that kit.
