Help-My BBSHD ebike eats chains and breaks gear teeth ~50 mi

I have been happy with a 34t to 36t cog when used with a Nexus3 IGH combined with a 30t chainwheel. You can go to Sheldon Browns gear calculator to compare that to your setup. Second gear is direct drive and first is IIRC 33% lower. My current setup is 42/42 for the improved chainline with the greater offset from the BlingRing.
