Help needed for manned VTOL

How do you figure the 8218 is running at 1/2 capacity, or less? This is good news then. If that is indeed correct. Not that l am questioning your abilities, l just wonder how you came to that conclusion. If this is true, then l would not need 12 or more motors, would l?
