Hi all,
I'm currently experiencing problems with Torqueboard's 12s ESC. Here's a list of my findings
What works:
Battery: Turns on. UBEC+Receiver lights up.
Receiver+UBEC: I plugged a servo into the receiver and it responds to the transmitter.
Motor: The motor beeps and spins a little when I program the ESC with the programming card.
Short Signal Wire on the ESC: Programming card turns on when I plug the short wire and the UBEC into it.

What doesn't work:
Long Signal Wire from the ESC: ESC doesn't respond/motor doesn't spin when plugged into the receiver. When long wire and UBEC is plugged into programming card, card doesn't turn on.
I also cut the red wire on the long signal wire as instructed.

Here are some pictures:

Could I get some help? Thanks a lot.

Looks like you have too many connectors connected to your receiver. From your pix it looks like you have a dual output UBEC. Only one of the outputs is used. There should be only 2 connectors connected into the receiver. One connector from your UBEC and the long signal wire from your ESC hooked up to your receiver. On your receiver the designation "1" is for the power from the UBEC. The designation "2" or "3" is for the signal wire from the ESC. You'll have to resolder the red wire back together you cut. I think you're confusing when you have a dual system then the red wire gets cut on one of the esc's signal wire.

CDN is correct.

It's a dual output UBEC and only one will need to be used to power on your receiver.

The short ESC wire is the esc programming wire.
The long ESC wire is the esc signal wire.

Channel 1 is typically for the UBEC or Receiver power (short 3 wire).
Channel 2 or 3 can be used for the ESC signal wire (long 3 wire).

You also want to make sure that the orientation of the wire is correct. I'm working on getting more instruction videos up.

Alright so I need to reattach the red wire on the long ESC signal wire. 1 UBEC wire goes into channel 1 and the long ESC wire with everything attached goes into 2? Thanks!

The connectors BLK wire goes towards the outside of the receiver (opposite side of the number designation). Hope that makes sense.
