Hi. Im new to this forum so this is my first post and it might be quite a long one, so bear with me pls😁. I'm also new to ebikes and I'm hoping someone can help me.
I bought a 5000w bomber clone off Alibaba. I noticed there was a sort of grating vibration when the bike reached around 12mph but went away as I kept accelerating. It also happened when going up hill but the noise was more annoying than problem. Also this was happening from the first ride. Then after a few rides the motor started making a really loud unbearable grinding sound.

The bike seller asked me to swap the hall sensor to the spare connector. This worked and the new noise went away but came back after a couple more rides. They sent me a new controller and motor stator which I swapped both over but the noise still happens even though I've swapped both of them, and tried both hall connectors. This video is after I swapped the motor and controller. It seems to be making the same noise.

I've also tested the halls on both motors and they are working. The controllers they sent me are basic square wave 80a controllers so I tried a sabvoton 100a controller but it still makes the noise. I ran the controller test using the app and the motor was running backwards so I changed the direction in the settings. I'm totally stumped what to do next.

After waiting for 3 months for the bike to arrive I've now had the bike for 5 months and have hardly been able to ride it so if anyone can help me I'd be so grateful.

I don't know enough to help solve the noise but I can tell you there isn't a way to post a video here. People generally put them on youtube then post a link here to the video. Doing that should get you some good advice. Knowing the motor manufacturer will help as well.
