How quickly do Batteryhookup.com respond to emails usually?

I contacted them a couple of days ago via email and Instagram regarding a missing item in an order and I haven't got a response to either. I haven't phoned them because I'm worried that the international call charges would exceed the cost of the missing item.

slow, they do, make sure you reply to the order receipt of support ...

Missing Items:
This has been an issue for me in the last year or so, 2/4 orders had missing items, and BH never took care of it. It seems they only take care of missing/damaged items if you document the issue for a CC charge back.

BH, if you are listening pls train your staff to tally up the ordered items before taping it shut.
