hi
I have 52 vtc4 separated cells . i will build 13s 4p battery and will use already purchased waterproof bms see link below .
i want a lockable case that is solid ,i ll put it on top of a regular rear luggage thing over the back wheel.
i dont need the charging parts of the the case. cause ill run my own cables.
i want my setup to be able tuto support high current without heating cause i build it for long term and 60 amps is he minimal current that the setup should able to support.
My idea is to choose a 65 places or something case to have enough space.
i would use the space (65-52) to place my bms.
I will use probably a kwell spotwelder see link below but maybe malectric
I would use a lipo battery not sure wich.
1 So my question is really about is this a good solid battery case? i you have better choices tell me
also wich model 56 or 60 cell would be best to have enough room to place my 13s 4p plus my bms?
shoud i get a 14s4 p case or a 13s 5 p?
2 to acheive high current without heat problems what should i use ?
what wideness and thickness of material? nickel? copper? pure nickel? nickel roll? nickel already done thing that comes with the battery cases? if kwell can solder .25 mm maybe that is the solution
3 before ordering the kwell kit is ther something i should know or like modification or choose parts different than the one that come normaly with the kit like the cables maybe?
