Kelly Controller Negative current in open throttle position

Hello Guys,

I am getting one issue with kelly controller 72V model,In normal operation also I am getting negative spike at my DC battery bus when regen function is off ,Sometion its crossing 20A also and due this my battery can damage because I am using 48V battery and charging current limit is 20A amp only,Even if when regen value I try to controlled with throttle with 0 to 50% nothing is changing,Please help me
