Hi All,
Long time no see,
I got busy with other projects and renovating my house after my accident 4 years ago so didn't do much ebike stuff.

Anyway, the freehub rachet mechanisum on my mac motor with the cassette freehub has stopped working. Feels very sloppy as well as not locking.

Does anyone know if these are a standard bicycle part or what exactly I need to replace it. It looks like I need to remove the motor internals and axle as everything I see to do with removing freehubs needs the axle removed so I don't want to do it until I have spare parts as the bike still gets me to work on battery power.

If its a standard bycycle part any pointers to what variant as i look arround there seams to be multiple attachment styles.

Thanks,
Ricky

It's probably part of the side cover, specific to that model of the MAC.

I doubt a regular bike hub freehub will fit it, based on various discussions about motors with freehubs over the years (sorry I couldn't find the specifc ones).

I'd guess your best bet is to contact EM3EV (or maybe Grin Tech) and see if they carry spare covers.
