Modified/Upgraded E300 Build

New to site and ready for next project. That being said here's the two scooters I built when the world was "Down with the sickness".

My builds in a nut shell...

• Picked up a couple E300's for about $20 a piece
• 24v 500w brushed motor
• 48v 1200w speed controller
• 48V 14AH light 200W-800W Viset Battery
• Thumb Throttle Speed Control Power Switch with Key Lock, voltage display- torquey so thumb throttle avoids twist grip "run-a-way"
• Basic mechanical disc brake calipers for mountain bike
• 6.7 Inch Aluminum Alloy Rear Side Bike Kickstand
• Mountain bike handle bar and stem, round aluminum bar stock to mount stem
• 3.50/4.10 tires
• square tube and flat bar for rear cage fabrication
• 55 or 65 tooth cog for rear wheel, did gearing based on my weight and neighborhood hills

I'm about 220# and it'll do 26mph on flat ground. More pics and details to come.
