I can show some pictures of my boat motor I did a vile ago. My dad found this old beauty in the metal trash.
I measured little on the golden motor I have on my old YZ80 dirt bike, should just fit under the hood, So I ordered another in 48V version, and it did fit
Was so easy to connect, welded a key way sprocket (that fitted the motor axle) and a 12mm socket together (it was just a hex rod running down to the gear housing originally )
The rpm on the new motor was same according to the old 80cc air cooled engine technical data I found in an old brochure. so the original prop is probably quite ok, but I have also experimented with a slightly bigger 3d printed version and also some hydro wings.
