Picked up a old Iron Horse full suspension 21 speed for a commuter bike to get to work and back, hoping the back shock will help for a smoother ride. Made a frame box of aluminum diamond plate and wood with diamond cover plate. Put 10 gauge Triumph motorcycle spokes in back rim due to have problems with my other bike rim becoming oblong and brake pad would rub on tire and wear a hole through into tube. Have 12s 15ah headway batteries installed in frame and just have to wire the BMS today and take it out for its maiden voyage, Thanks for looking R.T.

Things didn't go as planned, had one dead battery. Had over torqued one of the screws on the negative post and turned the internal part of the battery and it discharged, was able to turn it back into place and now holding proper volts. Putting epoxy to hold it in place and going to hope for the best, but will have to keep a close eye on it for awhile.
