About to start building a new project and would appreciate if anyone has general advice, pitfalls or things to watch out for
Going to be put into this style ebike/scooter type Daymak Eagle / Emmo monster
10" 4000w v3 QS motor (I've been told by QS its more like 7kw peak).
http://www.qs-motor.com/product/10inch-4000w-v3-type-e-scooter-hub-motor/
Paired with 4KW-4.5KW Kelly Programmable Motor Controller(KEB72601) Peak Phase 280A Continuous Phase 110A (which I'm told at 'normal' values its 55-60a continuous, and 90amp peak)

using 6awg wires and Zeva smart precharger

this main contactor
SW80 NO (normally open) style Coil Voltage 72V 100A DC Contactor ZJW100A

Getting 72v 40ah portable lifepo4 (60a continuous, and 120amp peak discharge). Plastic box with handle needs to be charged inside apartment.
Wheel 7000w peak, but 72v x 90a is 6480w.
To get to the true peak 7000w/72v = 97.22a? Setting kelly controller to 69% (since it does 140a peak)
