Hi All
I have the following equipment for my ebike build:
13s2p battery pack using Panasonic 3400mah 18650
BMS similar to this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/13S-48V-20A-Li-ion-Lithium-Cell-18650-Battery-Protection-BMS-PCB-Board-Balance-N/222925729888?epid=507305140&hash=item33e768b060:g:ib8AAOSwinBal7kf
Supply transformer/rectifier similar to this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Electric-Bike-Scooter-Lead-Acid-Battery-Charger-Power-Adapter-US-Plug-60V-20AH/252803271259?hash=item3adc3fca5b:g:J60AAOSw32lYv82x
The battery will be 54v or so when fully charged. The power supply was advertised as 60v but is actually 69v at no load. My question is, is this voltage acceptable? Will the BMS still be able to safely regulate the current/voltage across the battery pack?
Thanks
R
