I bought a electric bike for $500, the motor and battery are good but the electric components are not. The on/off switch has died. Trying to match plugs 2pin red higo/julet? Has been impossible. I’d like to upgrade the controller,throttle, PAS system (the current one has only one setting, super torpedo) not sure what kind of controler & components are best suited. 36V 7aha 250watt. I can wire & sodder (if need be)… Manual breaks. Any and all help appreciated.

To be certain it is the switch, does the system operate correctly when you jumper across the two switch pins at the system side of that connector?
